Getting a puppy is one of the most exciting times in our lives. The second that the puppy comes home it can be easy to spoil them rotten however we mustn't forget that dogs need basic training before they turn 6 months old. All the B's provide one-to-one puppy training sessions suitable for those that perhaps can't make regular classes, for those puppies who find big groups of dogs intimidating or those that might need a little more help.
Our puppy training sessions are one hour long and held in your own home or in a public area of your choosing. We can cater to your specific training needs or follow a basic obedience package, the choice is yours. The topics we cover include:
We ask that all owners provide tasty treats such as shotdog sausages or chicken, have a treat pouch or easily accessible pocket for treats and a suitable walking lead (not flexi) before the start of the session. We advise that dogs who struggle with recall also invest in a training line or long line to aid in their training.
