Dog Walking
i. Owner must take full responsibility for the behaviour of their dog and be liable for any damage caused by their dog and for any veterinary bills incurred unless the walker be found at fault.
ii. Owner must make payment promptly after being invoiced. Late payments (+7 days after date of invoice) may be subject to a late payment fee.
iii. All the B’s cannot guarantee arrival and drop off times for dog walks due to the variable nature of the job. All the B’s will always prioritise dogs that are on their own or who have health concerns.
iiii. Owner is responsible for disclosing all information necessary on the booking forms. Should All the B’s find any information has been falsified, they reserve the right to refuse service.
v. Owner must disclose any aggressive or unwanted behaviour to All the B’s that may cause a potential threat to other dogs or individuals.
vi. Owner accepts that their dog is fit and healthy enough for their walks. Owner understands that although careful observation is made between dogs in play, accidental injury is somewhat likely and the owner must take responsibility for any vets fees incurred.
vii. Owner must ensure the dog is kept up to date with their vaccinations. Owner understands that even if the dog has had their kennel cough vaccination, the spread of this virus is highly contagious and can be resistant to vaccinations.

Dog Boarding
i. Owner is responsible for disclosing all information necessary on the booking forms. Should All the B’s find any information has been falsified, they reserve the right to refuse service. All the B’s cannot accept the dog unless the booking forms have been properly completed.
ii. Owner must ensure that the dog has been properly vaccinated, de-flead and wormed before arriving at All the B’s. Proof of vaccinations will be asked for and if they cannot be produced, All the B’s have the right to refuse service.
iii. Owner is responsible for picking up and dropping off at the arranged time. Late pick up may be subject to late pick up fees or an extra nights stay. Dogs that haven’t been collected after 48 hours and after every effort has been made to contact the owner will be taken to a rescue shelter.
iv. Bookings are subject to a successful meet and greet. Should any aggressive or unwanted behaviour be exhibited towards any individual, dog or other resident, All the B’s has a right to refuse service. Should this behaviour be exhibited any time during their stay, All the B’s may have to make alternative arrangements for the care of the pet including taking to a kennels.
v. Owner must provide enough food to cover their stay as well as bedding, proof of vaccinations, booking forms and anything else that may make the dogs stay more comfortable. Should not enough food be provided, owner will be responsible for covering the cost of buying more food.
vi. Although the best efforts will be made to use your usual veterinary surgery, the owner understands that should this not be possible All the B’s will use their chosen veterinary surgery Animed Veterinary Hospital.
vii. Owner must provide details of an emergency contact who will not be on holiday with them and therefore able to pick up or make decisions on your behalf.
viii. Owner must make payment promptly after being invoiced. Late payments (+7 days after date of invoice) may be subject to a late payment fee.
x. Pick ups earlier than the pre-arranged date will be subject to the full price of the original booking.
xi. In order to stay with All the B’s, dogs must be well socialised and friendly. All the B’s holds a licence for up to 2 dogs staying alongside the resident dogs therefore it is important that dogs get along well with others. Dogs not from the same family will never be left unattended in the same room as one another and must sleep in separate rooms. Should any issue arise, the offending dog may be removed from the situation (see iv).
xii. All the B’s prefer that dogs be spayed or neutered before their stay but understand this is not always possible. All the B’s may accept bitches in season but will be subject to other dogs staying on site. Every effort will be made to prevent unwanted attention but All the B’s shall not be held responsible should any accidents occur.
xiii. Dogs shall only be let off lead should the owner give permission and the carer feels confident in that dogs recall. All the B’s have access to an enclosed field which may be used to exercise dogs with poor recall off lead.
xiv. The owner accepts that dogs are comfortable being left for up to 2 hours on their own. Whilst every effort will be made to prevent dogs being left unattended, in the event of an emergency there may be short periods where this is impossible. As per licensing requirements, dogs from different households will not be left unattended together.
xv. All the B’s will make every effort to keep the dogs in their care’s routine as close to their home routine as possible. If this is deemed impossible or inconvenient, small changes may be required to adapt.
xvi. All the B’s is a positive and ethical pet care service who do not believe in punishment for poor behaviour. Should the owner request punishment be used, All the B’s reserves the right to refuse the booking.
xvii. By signing the booking forms, the owner agrees to the above terms and conditions.

All the B’s holds a licence for up to 2 dogs staying alongside the resident dogs therefore it is important that dogs get along well with others. Dogs not from the same family will never be left unattended in the same room as one another and must sleep in separate rooms. xv. All the B’s will make every effort to keep the dogs in their care’s routine as close to their home routine as possible. If this is deemed impossible or inconvenient, small changes may be required to adapt.
xvi. All the B’s is a positive and ethical pet care service who do not believe in punishment for poor behaviour. Should the owner request punishment be used, All the B’s reserves the right to refuse the booking.
xvii. By signing the booking forms, the owner agrees to the above terms and conditions.
Piggy Palace & Rabbit Ranch
i. Bookings are subject to fully completed booking forms and owner is responsible for completing them to the best of their knowledge. Bookings will not be accepted until these forms are returned.
ii. Due to the close proximity of animals in our care, any illnesses or aggressive behaviour must be disclosed before the booking. Should All the B’s discover anything in the contrary, they reserve the right to refuse service.
iii. Pick up and drop off times are specified on our website and arrangements must be made between these times. Should an alternative time be required, All the B’s may be able to make arrangements but it will not be guaranteed. All the B’s operate from their home and therefore have business hours and reserve the right to privacy. Animals that haven’t been collected 48 hours after the arranged pick up date may be taken to a rescue shelter for rehoming.
iv. Although the best efforts will be made to use your usual veterinary surgery, the owner understands that should this not be possible All the B’s will use their chosen veterinary surgery Animed Veterinary Hospital. Owner will be responsible for covering the costs of any veterinary treatment.
v. Owner is responsible for providing enough dry food for their pets stay. Should not enough be provided, the owner is responsible for covering the cost of buying alternative food.
vi. Owner must provide details of an emergency contact who will not be on holiday with them and therefore able to pick up or make decisions on your behalf.
vii. Sadly small animals may succumb to illness very quickly and death may be inevitable. Should this be the case, All the B’s will contact the owner first before any important decisions are made. All the B’s accept no responsibility for the death of a pet in these circumstances.

i. Bookings are subject to a fully completed booking form. Pets that have been looked after by us before only requires full forms once unless any personal details have changed.
ii. All behavioural and health concerns should be disclosed before the booking is made. All the B’s reserves the right to refuse service if an animal becomes aggressive unnecessarily.
iii. Although best efforts will be made to use the vets your pets are registered with, in certain circumstances All the B’s may use their own registered vet Animed Veterinary Hospital. All vets bills and treatment costs must be covered by the owner.
iv. Visits typically last between 15 and 20 minutes however may vary depending on demand and personality of the pet. The owner understands that whilst All the B’s will try to accommodate all needs, in school and public holidays demand is typically very high.
v. New bookings are subject to a 10% deposit which must be paid for the booking to be verified. The deposit cost will be deducted from the total cost.
vi. Invoices will be sent within 10 days of the end of your service. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt to avoid late payment fees.
vii. The owner verifies that your pet is up to date with vaccinations and flea and working treatment. Evidence of pests may be treated by All the B’s at the cost of the owners.
